*We want you to have the best possible outcome from the G4 Implant Procedure, so for the following reasons we recommend and prefer to perform full mouth restorations.
- The dental occlusion or the bite is the relationship between the upper and the lower teeth when they approach each other. It may not be possible to achieve proper occlusion if either the upper or lower teeth are compromised (loose teeth, missing teeth, partials, etc.) since they depend on each other.
- It may not be possible to match the shade of your existing teeth or restorations, and this will lead to undesired aesthetic outcomes.
- Having natural teeth occlude against an implant supported bridge may cause additional stress to the implants, and may lead to failure.
- Greater choice of materials.
- It is easier and may be less expensive for you the patient to undergo the procedure one time, not in two stages.
