Just coming down from such an absolutely incredible experience with Dr. Golpa and his entire team. I am a rather young man but had two bad go arounds with orthodontists. As a result, I became very depressed and my oral hygiene suffered tremendously. I had awful teeth, gum disease and was not that far away at all from losing all teeth. I spent significant time doing research and always came back to Dr. Golpa and his team. I can't properly express enough how impressive, professional, knowledgeable and nice the entire team is. From the second I arrived, I was treated like absolute royalty and that never changed depending on the person I interacted with...matter of fact it got better. Berlinda is amazing, Amanda is probably one of the most professional and sweetest people I have ever met in my life, Carlos is amazing, Kat and Chrissy were AMAZING hygienists. At NO POINT in time was I ever judged, looked down upon or treated as a cash register. And there is not much one can say about James...what an incredible first impression for anybody. Amazing energy, positive interaction and that is Dr. Golpa and his team for sure. This procedure was an absolute and complete life changer, transformation both physically and mentally can not be properly demonstrated in words. This is long but worth the time...
After years of contemplating implants, a co worker went to see Dr Golpa and loved her results. Upon her return from Vegas I began my research in to the procedure and those that specialize in the field. Although there was a much closer "Choice" in Atlanta my research showed me that the best choice would be the G4 procedure with Dr Golpa. I called for my original consultation and was impressed with the professionalism and direct answers to my many questions. After the call which left me feeling better about my choice, with no pressure, I started the investigation in to financing. I called again to be advised of several options for me to choose from. After approval of the financing I called and set my appointment, booked my flight and pulled some "play money" from my fun fund, after all I had to be in Vegas why not. Two weeks prior to my visit I was called and checked on, that continued with some pre op prescriptions and directions. I began to get to know the staff by now. I flew in to Vegas on a Monday had fun, dinner, lost a little money and was in bed with nothing to eat or drink after midnight. At 6:30 am sharp on Tuesday my driver and new friend "Marco" pulled up to get me in a town car, I felt like a VIP. He was very informative about the staff and their way of working with their patients so I arrived relaxed. Here is where the names may run together. I was greeted then taken on a tour by the lovely Kathy she showed me all the aspects of the group's operation from the materials used to the expectations I should have. After that, If I remember correctly Amanda was my nurse. Two hundred pictures and ex-rays later we were moving toward the procedure. DRs T, Young, Ann and of course Golpa made me comfortable and put the posts in that morning. After waking they sent me back to the hotel with a nice goody bag. Marco got me back to the hotel in VIP style. I went to my room thinking I was going to nap until my next visit on Wednesday, however I felt great. So in so many words I went from the operating table to the poker table with no pain. Wednesday I awaited my call that the teeth were ready to be put in, Marco picked me up and in went a beautiful smile. Marco drove me to a pharmacy for antibiotics and pain meds if needed. One hour after the teeth were in I was at The Stratosphere having dinner with my daughter. See the Picture.
The biggest difference I found in my research was the number of posts, most use 3 Dr Golpa uses at least 4 hence the G4 name. For my situation he used five and upon my six month revisit may put more in place , all for the one fee. The thing that really surprised me was the friendly and very understanding staff, after all they do this every day, with a smile. Now I will say on Thursday, two days after the surgery I did start to bruise and swell, especially after my plane took off. No pain just swelling and bruising, however I had a big smile while giving my money away at the tables. Choosing Dr Golpa and crew was truly one of the best decisions I have made. Wish I did at the tables as well.

What is a person who has a strong anxiety of dentist doing looking up someone who does implants? My teeth has always had problems, cavities, crowns, and root canals. It’s just been recently that I had a tooth that needed to be extracted, besides receding gums and abscesses. I knew sooner or later I would have to get dentures, hence my search for implants.
